HOW DO I PROCEED THROUGH THE CHECKOUT PROCESS?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “PAYMENT” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept All Major Debit & Credit Card brands.
HOW DO I APPLY A PROMOTIONAL CODE TO MY ORDER?
At the bottom of the first checkout page, there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected on the next page.
HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
CAN I BUY AT YOUR PHYSICAL STORE?
We only sell online.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Our products come from many sources and suppliers, from U.S.A, Dubai, Singapore to Far East. Therefore, shipping times will be varied depending on where you live. Most of our customers get their order within two weeks after fulfillment.
We always used tracked shipping for every order.
WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
If you ordered multiple items from multiple suppliers, they will be dispatched separately, and most probably arrive separately, but rest assured, they are on their way!
WHERE’S MY ORDER?
After your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to you with a shipping tracking number. If you opt for the registered shipping method, you can track it from supplier to your home country. However, for the free shipping method, you can only track the item until it leaves the manufacturer's home country. Most of the cases, the item will reach your shipping address within two weeks. However, there are rare case when the item reach customer after more than 30 days. If this happens, please contact us and we will investigate your order.
